During the past year John Thomas completed two major projects in our Kingston home: the building of a brick patio last summer and the complete gutting and reconstruction of a bathroom this year. In both projects the estimates were accurate, ongoing consultations continued through the duration of the construction, the timelines were met, and most importantly, artisans of the highest calibre were employed to carry out the various crafts required. For example, Marc Royer, the foreman who supervised the bathroom renovation this summer, was skilled, creative, cheerful, invariably unflappable and totally reliable. The other workmen who Thomas and Co. has used in these projects were also highly talented and reliable. Most notably, there was impeccable sequencing of the work and the relationships among those on the job remained remarkably harmonious. November 7, 1997 Dear John: We want to thank you for the splendid renovation work you recently completed on our home. We've had many compliments from our neighbour and friends. When we started the project, with a very limited time in which everything could be accomplished, we always felt confident that you would come through for us. And come through you did! On moving day we came into the house to find the work finished, the house spotlessly clean and everything we had hoped for. Because of your attention to detail and excellent management of the project we have not hesitated to recommend your firm to many people.
